So, I went to the doctor on Saturday morning to have him decide what course of action I need to take for my back problem.
No surprise, it's an MRI. They scheduled it for Tuesday (tomorrow).
However, since yesterday, the weathermen have frantically been trying to pin down how severe of a winter storm we will be having.
Estimates range from freezing rain to 1 - 16 inches of snow. That's not vauge at all, is it?
How's come the only job where you can only do it right 60% of the time is that of a weatherman? I mean, seriously. Millions of viewers of any one station are depending on this guy. I love the days where it's a 50% chance of rain. You know what that means don't you? It might rain, might not. Go figure.
So, I may not be able to make it to the MRI after all. I'm just taking it one step at a time though. I'll get up tomorrow morning and see how things went overnight.
I have mixed feelings about the MRI. On one hand, I'll be glad to find out what's wrong with my back. On the other hand, what if it's something really serious . . . or what if they just can't do anything about it and I just have to live with it?
The highlight of my weekend was that I didn't have to change a poopy diaper yesterday. Sad, isn't it?
Wyatt has two new teeth. We're up to eight now.
I was feeding him Stage 3 baby food last night. It ALMOST looks like real food. Actually, it looks like real food that has had time to digest just a little before you throw it up. It was some kind of chicken noodle dinner with what I assume was peas and carrots. At least I hope that was what the orange and green things were. I almost tossed it out when I opened it and saw the strange colors. I thought maybe it had gone bad.
Anyway, I digress. He seemed to really be digging it. Unfortunately, since he didn't have a nap yesterday, he couldn't stay awake long enough to eat more than half a dozen bites. He actually fell asleep in the middle of chewing. Poor guy.
Everything seems to be healing just fine from the surgery. He is a bit unbearable due to the new teeth though.
